Terms and Conditions for International Sales
1. Scope and Purpose
These terms and conditions apply to the online sale of fishing tackles by Fujun Seiko LTD Co.
2. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for adhering to the local laws and regulations regarding the import of fishing tackles in their respective countries. Any misuse or illegal activities related to our products are strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, trademarks, and content associated with our fishing tackles are owned by Fujun Seiko LTD Co. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment and Billing
We accept payments through PayPal in TWD. Customers are responsible for any PayPal fees incurred during the transaction.
5. Shipping
- Products are shipped using our designated freight company.
- We use UPS or National Post Office Air EMS to ship our packages. UPS is more efficient and secure but more expensive. The Post Office is cheaper but less efficient. You are free to choose the shipping method that is suitable for you.
- Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, a surcharge may be applied to shipments. Customers will be notified of any additional charges before finalizing their purchase.

6.Return and Refunds
- Return of goods is not accepted unless the merchandise is defective.
- In the event of a refund due to our error, we will schedule a collection of the merchandise using our designated shipping company.
- Customers are required to repack the merchandise securely for the return shipment.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the received date, based on information provided by our designated freight company.
- PayPal fees incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes through the email provided during the purchase.
